Crumhorn-Labs is a small, dedicated and enthusiastic company, concentrating entirely on developing, producing and supporting one advanced, specialist product: the Hauptwerk Virtual Pipe Organ software.

Martin Dyde is the chief designer and developer and was the original author of Hauptwerk Version 1.0, which was launched in 2002.

In September of 2008, Crumhorn Labs was acquired by Brett Milan of Milan Digital Audio. Martin Dyde remained as chief developer.
